 One Bite Do not – know good and evil. Oops. Now we do, but only one bite. With this bite we judge. We design systems from the taste of this fruit in our mouths. Who or what is right, wrong, holy, vulgar, wholesome, pretty, or legal - changes like the weather. Whoever reigns spits their bite out all over the people below them. Even if we try to digest our bite alone, it still comes out in our shit. I have tried to be right, to get right, to get it right, do it right, make others right. Spiral of uselessness. Aha! Makes sense that Toil, clinging, pain, and death follow when human judgement clenches the reins. I want to feel sprinkles of forgiveness, of intimacy, of being seen, and seeing others’ beauty from the inside out. But trauma-induced rip-currents fill moats between our souls. Fantasy forecast- Raw replenishing rain, followed by Merciful glow, growing a new wild-garden.
